The only thing that scares me is that with xm (or sirius) you always have a great variety of music to listen to and are introduced to different stuff frequently. With an ipod i feel like i would limit myself to listening to only music i am familiar with which does not really appeal to me. Time will tell, I just paid for another year of xm so i am stuck with that until it runs out, at which time i will likely buy an ipod.
