the proof is everywhere ask a doctor they will tell you.i use medical marijuana for pain in my back eventhough i am not a cardholder yet i will be soon and i think medical marijuana works in so many ways it helps people with cancer,add/adhd,anorexia,etc.it helps with my back pain greatly
