There are a thousand different ways to lose weight. One way is to move your butt more than what you are currently doing. Walk the dog, go to the gym, ride a bike, anything that involves moving your body more. The second is to decrease the amount of calories that you are taking in.
Both ways are easier said than done. Ask me, a life long dieter with the will power of a gnat. MLW has will power of iron. Once she makes up her mind, that is it for her. Me? Not so much.
