How to be a good host

It can’t be said enough that a good web host is worth it’s weight in gold. You want a host that is reasonably priced, but still has the power to take care of all your hits. You also want a host that has a list of options available to you. Options are always good. I like to have options.

One option to help you find a good web host is webhostingrating dot com. They have a really nice web hosting rating page that is easy to use to compare the various sites out there. They also have a pretty extensive education area where you can learn more about the whole process of chosing a domain name, along with chosing your host. Very informative.

Now some opposition to Michigan Proposal 1

According to October 2nd’s Detroit Free Press “A ballot proposal to legalize the cultivation and use of marijuana for medical purposes in Michigan, which has gone virtually unchallenged for more than a year, is to have some organized opposition after all.

A coalition of medical, law enforcement and antidrug organizations calling itself Citizens Protecting Michigan Kids has scheduled news conferences across lower Michigan today to kick off the campaign to encourage a vote against Proposal 1.”

Now it seems, we have a horse race. I was thinking that it was going along too easily. Now, the voters of Michigan have to get off of their butts and put their vote where their mouth is.
