This is an other simple wine using cane sugar, spring water, and frozen pineapple.

This will be for a one gallon brew.

2lbs of frozen pineapple

1 gallon of spring water….not tap water with chlorine.

2 grams of yeast nutrient

2lbs of cane suger.
