I had a few things to deal with today.

I had a couple of gigs I wanted to do. I wanted to pick up some more potting soil, as I have some onions I want to are ready to go into the dirt. Same with my ginger. At least that was the plan.

As an aside, the weather in Arizona has been wonderful as of late. Warm during the day, and cool at night. A wonderful prelude to Satan opening his front door and scorching the earth. It is that yearly scorching that takes a toll on your windshield wipers, tires, and battery. Today my battery decided to give up the ghost. I had to go a whole 6 hours without a vehicle. It was horrible. And ok, fine. I did have access to one of my kids vehicles, but not having my car available at all times did wear on me.

To keep myself busy I got my paperwork in order for picking up my sleep study stuff tomorrow. I raked up some leaves and added them to the compost. I rearranged my sunflowers, and the sweet potatoes.

In other words I puttered. I also racked the Finnish Kiljou Mint sugar wine to a secondary, and I have a glassful here next to me that you will see my reaction to via video. Either I am going to love it, or not. We shall both find out at the same time.

I do love spontaneity.
