Now.

The future is comes, because it becomes now just prior to it becoming…

The past.

Should those words have been capitalized? Future. Now. Past.

I never seem to have a problem being here, in the Now. I seem to spend an ordinate amount of time mind-tripping between worrying about the past, and wondering about the future. That doesn’t leave much time for being in the Present. In the Now.

My older brothers don’t seem to have this problem. In their advanced ages they seem to have found the key to living their lives with any cares in check. I tend to think that they just have a lack of imagination.

That is going to cost me. But, heck…..living out loud, yo….

Back to the Now. A friend, along with my youngest daughter told me about a Speaker/Author/Philosopher Eckhart Tolle.

Meditation. Paying attention. Not letting my imagination run away with my thoughts.

It is going to be an interesting learning curve.
