Most days I can expound for hours on pretty much anything.  Not so today.  Today I woke up coughing a lung up.  No fever, no runny nose…..just hacking like I have a tw0-pack a day habit.

So I got up and started putzing around.  And coughing.  So I said to heck with it.  I am done for the day.  As of 6am this morning.

One thing I would like to discuss just a tad would be the lack of civility, and patience in this so-called Season of Giving.  As I talk to my friends who have shopping to do for their families, I am hearing some horror stories.  Being cut off in traffic, getting into mouth battles with folks in line at the register, being flipped off driving down the road.

Really?  This is the way that we are supposed to act?

Take your time out there over the next couple of weeks.  Lots of folks who are stressing because of lack of time, lack of money.  And then there are the typical stressors of family issues, and alcohol.  Not everyone finds this season to be happy, and jolly.  There are plenty, me included, who would rather just have it go by without notice.  Pay attention to someone other than yourself, folks.
