The Halloween decorations went up, and now some of them are coming down. Christmas decorations have been up in stores for the last two weeks.

‘Tis the season, yo.

Yes, the Season of Giving is upon us. People posting daily what they are grateful for, sucking down even more pumpkin lattes, muffins, whoopie pies, coffee creamer, etc., etc., etc.

And of course there will be the obligatory statements of solidarity behind all retail workers having Thanksgiving off.  That for a business to be open on Thanksgiving is tantamount to punching puppies in the face.

And of course those same folks who are touting businesses being closed will be out at the butt crack of dawn on the day after.  You know, because it is fun to do so. Get the jump on all of those Black Friday deals.

So.

Happy Holidays everyone.  Break out the seasonal ties, and ugly sweaters.  Start writing those passive aggressive brag holiday letters. Oh, and those of you who already have our christmas shopping completed.
