This actually began as a New Year kind of post.

But that got shelved for one reason or another and this title has been hanging out in my draft folder. Just too doggone good to let loose of..

Neither was that. Regardless….

The only constant in life is change. We have all heard it said. Those of us in retail say it on a regular basis…usually when we get instruction to do some seemingly insurmountable task in a ridiculous amount of time.

One of the hardest things to deal with in life is change.

Change of vocation. Change of residence. Change of life.

None of it is easy. Even being single has its difficulties, because change has an effect on everyone.

Not just you. Even though I still firmly believe the world does revolve around me.

You think you are firmly headed in one direction. Life is good. The path is level and clear.

The BOOM!

The prospect of a new direction. New possibilities.

Or is it just me and the travelin’ bone that I received so gratefully from my mother?
