I am the first to admit that I live my live in a haphazard, slap-dash manner. It hasn’t always done well for me, but at this time in my life….along with living in the World of The Last Minute….it seems right.

That lackadaisical attitude does not apply to my work, though.

I am a gig worker. I am hired to do a specific project, within a specific time window, for a specific amount of money.

What totally mashes my taters is when I show up to do my job, and the Lead or the Store Manager don’t know what is going on.

My time is money. If I have blocked out time to complete your project, then I am there to do just that. I do not double book. So if you don’t have your poop in the hoop, you are costing me money. My time is money, remember?

It isn’t that the projects that I do are rocket science. All they take is organization, and follow through. That is all I ask.

That, and people not mashing my taters……..
