Raspberry Lemonade.
I put this in the primary two weeks ago. The airlock stopped blooping after 12 days, and I got around to racking to the secondary just to clear it up a bit. My secondary is a one gallon fermentor. So I had just a smidge leftover for me to taste. And this is amazing. The recipe it as follows:
128 oz raspberry lemonade…get it from the dairy section in your grocer.
1lb of white cane sugar.
3 grams yeast nutrient.
Clos du Blanc yeast.
