Labor day is the defacto end of summer. All kids are back in school, vacations are pretty much over, and retailers are teetering on that knifes edge of when they can start putting out the Christmas. Though Walmart has had Christmas out for weeks.
Will all of that in mind I decided to make a hard strawberry lemonade. Because that is what I do.
128 oz of Florida Natural strawberry lemonade.
1lb, 4oz of white sugar.
3 grams of fermaid-0
Chloe du Blanc champagne yeast.
All tossed into a two gallon fermenter with an airlock. After 24 hours it is happily blooping away.
