I have started brewing again.
Very small scale. Starting out with simple ciders, and fruit wines. No crazy additives, just fruit, sugar, water, or apple juice. And of course, yeast.
I had forgotten about how fun it is to brew. The process of it all. The planning. the execution. The roll of the dice. Because you can do everything right…up to the point of putting the lid on….and it all can go to shit. And I have had that happen over the years. When I lived in Pa and was brewing mead, and beer I had a whole lot of brews that ended up in the compost heap. My worms loved me.
So I am back at it. Here are the videos the making, and the racking of the first cider at @poundingsandproductions. Thanks for watching.
