In a world where we were never told the truth about the Moon landing.

And talking about the Moon, why have we never have been told that it is hollow? Why have we never have been told the truth about Antarctica, and Aliens?

This life has gotten too much for my old brain. I need a break. Away from the buzz of so damned many people.

In light of that, I have decided that this summer will be the summer of fruit ciders, and fruit wines around the pool. Cool, crisp wines that capture the tastes of the season. Blueberry, strawberry, pineapple, mango, and possibly a Finnish sugar wine that has mint that supposedly tastes like a mojito.

Takes me back to the wine cooler era of the late 1970’s. Bartles, and Jaymes. California Coolers.

As I present the preparation, and the results of my brews I hope you tune in. I am a brewer who is now taking the hobby back up. My first foray into brewing was with beer kits, then working my way into doing full grain brews. Along the way I picked up making mead and did that for a few years along with beer.

Life got in the way and about 10 years ago I stopped brewing. Life has now stepped out of the way, or so I would like to think.
