I am a Ginger, and I like ginger. Ginger beer, ginger tea. Ginger beer as part of a really tasty Moscow Mule.
I have yet to successfully grow my own ginger. To be able to use homegrown would be make me very happy. I am a nerd.
The problem with making ginger beer is that it needs to be carbonated. That involves yet another step in the process. I am old, and lazy. I don’t know that I want to do that any longer. In the past, when I made beer and mead, I carbonated it. It is not that I don’t know how….
