I have been jonesing for pizza lately. Ooey, gooey cheese laden, greasy oh so awesome pizza.
But there is a problem with me and pizza. That damned crust. All those carbs in the crust turn right to sugars in my system and down that road I go again.
Thankfully I found a recipe that called for a meat crust. Ground beef, some sausage, and then sauce and cheese on top. I am in heaven. So I am going to make one this afternoon and then knosh on it this evening. So looking forward to it. This is a paleo recipe that excludes grains from mix. Eating paleo is the only thing that makes sense to me any longer….as long as I stay away from most of vegetables, and fruit.
Have you tried going grain, and sugar free this year? Or have you been grain and sugar free for a period of time. I would love to hear your thoughts and advice as to how you are doing, or did it. Hit the comments section below. I could use all the support I can get in this.
