In this post I discussed the pending shortage, and for the intrepid few…or those of us who have nerd genes, I even included a recipe where you could make your own cheese type kinda food.

This last weekend I say a couple of blurbs on television about it…Jon Stewart has mentioned it on his show.  The Today Show has made mention of it….so I have to ask myself.

Do I have that much knowledge of how this business works to understand that this is what goes on?

And why are these famous people stealing my ideas?

I could understand me jumping on the band wagon.  I mean, here I am a lowly blog writer freezing my ass off in Pennsylvania.  It would be normal for me to find some popular topic and try to grab hold of that and squeeze every ounce of attention I could get out of it.

But for these national writers to hitch their wagons to me?  That is outrageous, and just a little desperate on their parts if you ask me.

Which no one has, but I still feel the need to put that out there.
