Cream cheese from yogurt. How did it turn out?
Well….let us make one thing clear right out of the chutes….there is a huge difference between the cream cheese you purchase in the store, and what you are going to make yourself. There is a huge taste difference. You are going to have more of the sour cream taste….a lot more.., than what you get from what your purchase in a store.
That being said….I was going to do another video about this, but eh…..
I will say that I am going to be roasting some garlic and adding that to some butter that I am making over the next couple of days.
That sounds pretty yummy…..
