Imagine that.
Margquette Michigan already has a brewery. The Marquette Harbor Brewery, to be exact.
And from what I see of their offerings, I am going to have my hands full taking them on. But I think that I am up to the task.
At least as long as I am sitting here dreaming of opening a brewery in Marquette, Michigan, competing with Marquette Harbor Brewery. And not really doing it.
At least for now.

I mentioned somewhere, I don’t even remember where now that we are talking about it, that I was going to brew. I haven’t brewed beer since last fall. Not this last fall, LAST fall. Like in 2006 Fall.
That is a freakin’ long time ago. So, it is high time that I brew. And seeing that my eldest son is turning 21 on Tuesday, I will be brewing this lastest concoction in his honor.
It will be a coffee ale. Coffee, cause of a reason that I will not write about now.
But that is what I will be brewing on Tuesday. Dodd’s Legacy Coffee Ale. Vintage 2007. It will be ready to drink in about 8 weeks. Send your orders in with cash or money orders. No checks, and no plastic.
