Remember that concept: Keyword Analysis because that is going to tell you whether or not you are going to make money. And that is why we are here, now isn’t it? I thought so, so let’s get to work.
You have to figure out what you want to write about, because as you are setting up blogs you have to post content to those blogs. So wrap your head around that reality first. I write about making beer, and wine, candles, composting, cigars, and worm farming. It is a heck of a lot easier to write about something you know about than trying to learn about a subject while you are writing. Because you want to be able to whip content onto your blogs quickly, so that you can start getting traffic.
But baby steps. Once you have a handful of subjects you want to write about go to google and enter in “Keyword Analysis” in search and hit enter. Google Adwords Keyword Tool is where you want to go. Click on that and when the page loads type on of your writing interests in where it says “enter one keyword or phrase” You will then have to type in the captcha word and hit “get keyword ideas”. A list of keywords will come up. We now have to filter them to get an idea of what is worth our time and what isn’t. On the right you will see a box that has “Broad” in it. Drop the window down and set that cell to “exact”. Right above that is a cell that says choose columns to display. Drop that window down and click on “Show estimated CPC”. Drop the window down again and click “hide advertiser competition”, and “hide local search volume”. Finally click on “global monthly search volume” which will bring the most popular searches to the top.
Here is where it gets interesting. Don’t pay any attention to any keyword that has less than 10,000 visits per month. Unless their CPC is above $5 they just aren’t worth the energy unless you want to use one just to experiment. Take a look at some of the monthly clicks and put them to the test of what they could POTENTIALLY mean to you in income. To do this multiply the CPC by the monthly searches, and then finally by .005. This will tell you what this keyword could pay you if you were on top of the google seaches for that keyword. That equation looks like this: cpc x monthly search volume x .005 = $$$.
That is enough for today. Let me know when you have that completed and we will go on to setting up your blogs.

With the economic times being what they are, everyone needs to hold on to as much of their disposable cash as possible. There are many ways you can save money, and using coupons is one of them. When you talk to people about coupons one of the first things that comes to mind is the coupons that come in the Sunday newspaper. In my business, retail grocery, I have seen customers save incredible amounts of money. I have seen a $250 grocery order reduced to $175 with coupons. That is a significant amount of money. Not everyone, though, wants to cut coupons out of the paper. That is where CouponChief.com comes in.
CouponChief is a website where you can find thousands of deals, and discounts. Shoes, clothing, electronics, skin care. You can spend hours going through the site finding the items that you and your family use on a daily basis. And you can see the amount of money that you could save if you took advantage of the discounts that are being offered. I just bought a new laptop. Had to, the old one died. I spent a good couple of weeks going from store to store figuring out what was going to be the best deal for me. I could have just clicked on CouponChief and looked at Dell and the % off deals that they offer. If you aren’t a Dell fan, then you can check out HP and their offerings. I could have saved myself a lot of time doing my shopping this way instead of the way I did it.
MLW has been looking for shoes lately. Ok, truth be told she is looking for shoes all the time. What it is with her and shoes I will never understand, but if it makes her happy I am happy. The point being that I turned her on to CouponChief and she has spent the past few days checking out what there is offered. She hasn’t made her purchase yet, but from the look on her face, I know she is in online shopping heaven.
CouponChief, you have got to check them out. Using this site will save you money.

I have a very few television shows that I watch. Very few. And with my work schedule I rarely get to watch them at the time that they air. And to make matters worse, I don’t own a TiVo, or a DVR. So what is a guy like me to do? I go to Spreety TV Online : Watch TV Shows Online Free. this way I can watch pretty much any show, in any genre that I want when I want.
Life is good.

Warm weather is here, and with that comes the desire to get the heck out of dodge and head for the ocean. The beach is all the talk at work, and in this part of the country that means heading to the New Jersey shore.
MLW talks about remembering how her and her friends always went to Wildwood, New Jersey. I also know some folks who go on Wildwood vacations every year. New Jersey water parks are supposed to be some of the best in the US.
If a Jersey Shore beach vacation is in your future this year, know that Morey’s Pier is hosting the Radio Disney Summer Concert Series from June through August. This is the total package. Sun, fun, and music.
You have gotta go.

I have a son who lives in the Detroit area. A not so young anymore son. He is now twenty. The drinking age in Michigan is 21. The legal drinking age in Canada, you guessed it. Not 18. The drinking age in the majority of the Canadian provinces is 19.
You do the math.
So, of course, last year he had to travel to Canada to spend the weekend drinking with a group of friends. I was not happy. They drove across from the US, checked into a hotel, and started the weekend. That part, I was happy with, that they were not going to be driving. Of course since they had a vehicle with them, I did give the the name of an auto body shop ontario just in case. I try to cover all of my bases when it comes to the kids.

Deals on furniture are insane right now. You can pretty much find anything you want at really good prices. Of course some of the companies that are out there selling at deep discounts are going out of business.
That doesn’t give everyone a warm, fuzzy feeling when you are investing a sizable amount of money. And I can understand that thought process, and that is why I tend to shop around when I am looking to buy. And I don’t just shop around in the brick and mortar stores. The web has done very well by us in the past.
That all being said, MLW and I have been talking about new bedroom furniture for awhile now. And we have been looking everywhere, both on line and off. Her taste runs more to modern, sleek furniture where mine runs more to log furniture. Big rustic pieces that have some heft, along with style. That is what I like. I found a queen log bed the other day that I really like. Now I have to work on MLW to get her to buy into it. The look is good, the price is good. That is the easy part, the hard part is convincing her that this is the bed for us.
Wish me luck.

I was looking at a new Blackberry cell phone yesterday. I want that phone. One of my associates bought it last week, and I saw him playing with it. I want that phone. It is way cool. Verizon cell phones have some really cool phones out there right now. Including the Blackberry. And The Princess is all about getting one also. Verizon is running a special now where if you buy one Blackberry Storm you can get another one free. I am all about free. Though I don’t know if I can handle the cost of browsing along with the unlimited texting that I had to buy for The Princess so that I wouldn’t have a $500 cell bill.
I think that I might need to get a second job, because I really want that phone.

I love new talent. I love listening to good, local singer/songwriters. And I would like to introduce you to Lena.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Lena has been singing for as long as she can remember. At age 7, she sang the national anthem in front of a huge crowd and got rave reviews. She went on to record very well received covers of popular hits and recently began writing her own music. Recently, she released her first original composition, “Framed”, which she wrote in collaboration with Kosta Lois, a veteran Hollywood music composer and producer. The song can be heard on Lena’s myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/lenasofficialpage

Sort of like someone to watch over me. Owning your own property can be a daunting task. Owning rental property can be that much more so. My FIL owned some rental property at one time, and sold it off as he just didn’t have the time on his hands to take care of what needed to be taken care of.
Think of what it would be like to have a professional Real Property Management group take care of the grunt work for you. That would make it worthwhile. Even I could be a multi-unit owner at that point. someone to screen applicants, and to take care of the leasing and all of the detail tasks.
If I had that, then I could spend more time saving up to buy my Porsche Cayenne.

I am officially sick of winter. I am sick of the cold, the wet, the snow, the ice, having to drive it the snow and ice. I am sick of it being dark at 5pm. I am sick of having to go to work in the dark, and then coming home in the dark. I am officially sick of having to wear 6 layers of clothing just to get from my house to my car.
I am sick of winter. We have gotta get out of this place, and go to somewhere warm. and of course we will need to have transportation when we get there, so this enterprise coupon from Enterprise Rent-a-Car will come in very handy. So if you don’t live in the Southwest, you gotta click on the link, get the coupon, and get the heck out of the cold to someplace that is warm.
I know that I am.
