There are days when I feel like numbers have taken over and left my free will in the dust.

The number on the scale when I get on it in the morning…thank the gods I stopped eating sugar and the numbers are actually going down.

The day of the week and what bills need to be paid.

And lately, the number of likes I have on my Face Book page, and how many people are reading these words that I so lovingly give birth to, and post for all to see.

Yes, unapologetic self-promotion.  I am going to indulge in it for a bit because if I don’t, who will?

Now you might have the objection that I will just sell your email address….let me assure you that ain’t nobody out there knocking on my door for email addresses…and if there were I would treat them the way I have treated every other clown who has come knocking…I would shut the door in their faces.
