I know of not one person who likes waiting. The process of waiting turns me into a horror film director in my mind. I can, and do imagine, wild and seemingly impossible but to me at the time totally credible reasons as to why I have not received an answer.

There is “waiting” for a legit reason and there is the waiting caused by lazy, unmotivated, or those who just don’t seem to understand that urgent response is good customer service. Those caused by the listed reasons get me fired up and responses from me are un line with the level of response or lack of.
I was brought up differently and I raised my kids differently. But I now see lazy managers trying to teach my grown kids their view of service and customer interaction… how did these people ever get to that level of management is beyond me.
Guess I should slow down stop caring so much. Or is it the secret/reason for my very successful sales career??? Hmmmm…..

There is no tomorrow in the mind of someone successful in sales Mike!
