This was actually was planned as a Ginger Pear Cider but I could not find pear juice. Since I already wanted to do a ginger cider anyway, I picked up all the ingredients and here we be.

An Original Ginger brewing a Ginger Cider…..

128oz apple juice. No perservatives, no sulfites please.

150mg of crystalized ginger.

1lb of white cane sugar.

2g yeast nutrient.

Lalvin 47 yeast.

And there we have it. It will sit in the primary for at least a week, and then move to a secondary to clear up. This, going forward, is my brewing process. Look at me going all intricate on you…..
