I have no idea why this called this, but who am I to judge?

This is basically a hard lemonade.

I used 128oz of lemonade from concentrate from the grocery store. It had no preservatives, so I didn’t have to worry about the ferment stalling.

I used 2lbs of cane sugar as the fermentable.

I also brewed 1 cup of black tea. Actually I used English Breakfast that is just black tea. This help with the way the Pee feels in your mouth. It is called “mouth feel”, kids. Grow up.

I used Red Star Cote de Blanc yeast. This is a high abv tolerant yeast that I use whenever I have a brew I want to go over 12%.

I also used a yeast nutrient. 3 grams for a 1 gallon brew. This is just to make sure that the yeast gets all the sugar that it wants.
